1 Definitions & Applicability

In these Terms, the following words are used with the meanings set out below:

• "Platform" — the be66 website and all its subdomains, mobile versions, and associated services.

2.2 One Account Policy

Each person may operate only one account. If a single person holds multiple accounts, all accounts will be closed and any earned bonuses will be cancelled.

2.3 Registration Requirements

• Any changes to account details must be updated in a timely manner.
• Keeping the account password confidential is entirely the user's responsibility.

3 Deposits, Withdrawals & Payment Methods

3.2 Deposit Limits

3.3 Withdrawal Conditions

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳800. Withdrawal requests generally take 30 minutes to 3 hours to process. The following conditions apply to withdrawals:

• It is preferable that the deposit method and withdrawal method are the same (to prevent fraud).
• The relevant wagering requirements must be met before bonus funds can be withdrawn.

4 Bonuses & Promotional Offers

4.1 Welcome Bonus

When you open an account at be66 for the first time and make a deposit, a 150% first-deposit bonus of up to ৳20,000 is provided. For example:

• Deposit ৳1,000 and receive a bonus of ৳1,500 → total ৳2,500
• Deposit ৳28,000 or more and receive the maximum bonus of ৳20,000 → total ৳48,000

4.2 Wagering Requirements

A 20x wagering requirement applies to the welcome bonus. Wagering is calculated only on the bonus amount, not on the combined total of deposit and bonus.

4.3 General Bonus Policy

• Each bonus offer may only be claimed once per user.
• Operating multiple accounts to claim bonuses is strictly prohibited.
• Bonuses are generally valid for 30 days from the date of issue, unless stated otherwise in the offer.
• be66 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any bonus.

5 Gaming Rules & Fair Play

5.1 General Gaming Conditions

5.2 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited and will result in account closure and balance forfeiture:

• Deliberately exploiting system errors or bugs.
• Attempting to earn bonuses through fraudulent tactics ("bonus hunting").
• Colluding with other users to manipulate game outcomes.
• Using the platform for money laundering purposes.

5.3 Technical Issues

If the outcome of a game becomes uncertain due to a server outage, internet disconnection, or any other technical reason, be66 may void the bet for that specific round and return the stake. No additional compensation will apply in such cases.

6 VIP Program & Rewards

be66's VIP program has five tiers. Weekly cashback and additional benefits are provided at each tier:

• Bronze — up to 0.2% weekly cashback
• Silver — up to 0.4% weekly cashback
• Gold — up to 0.6% weekly cashback
• Platinum — up to 0.8% weekly cashback
• Diamond — up to 1.0% weekly cashback

Tier level is determined based on the user's regular gaming activity. Promotion to a higher tier or demotion to a lower tier is managed at the sole discretion of be66. VIP benefits are non-transferable and cannot be converted to cash — unless separately announced.

7 Account Security & Verification

7.1 Identity Verification (KYC)

be66 may request the following documents to verify a user's identity at any time:

• A clear photo of a National ID (NID) or passport.
• Proof of current address (utility bill or bank statement).
• Proof of ownership of the payment method.

If documents are not provided within the specified time, the account will be temporarily suspended and withdrawals will be blocked.

7.2 Account Security

The following steps are recommended to keep your account secure:

• Use a strong password and change it regularly.
• Never share your login details with anyone.
• If you notice any suspicious activity, notify the be66 support team immediately.

Even if someone else uses your login details, you are responsible for all activity on that account.

11 Account Suspension & Closure

be66 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close an account without prior notice for any of the following reasons:

• Violation of these Terms.

• Suspicious money laundering activity.
• Failure to provide KYC documents within the specified time.
• Extended inactivity (generally more than 12 months).

Any legitimate real money balance remaining in the account at the time of closure is generally returned, though it may be held pending investigation.

11.1 User-Initiated Account Closure

If you wish to close your account yourself, please contact the be66 support team. Requests for a temporary break or permanent closure will be processed within 24 hours.

12 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, be66 is not liable for the following:

• Interruption to gameplay caused by internet disconnection or technical issues.
• Damages caused by third-party software or services.
• Account information leaked due to the user's own carelessness.
• Service disruption caused by unforeseen circumstances (force majeure) such as natural disasters or government restrictions.

be66's total liability will never exceed the actual amount of money in the user's account at the time of the relevant incident.

13 Changes & Updates to Terms

be66 reserves the right to change these terms at any time. For significant changes, users will be notified via their registered email or through a notice on the site.

• Changes will take effect from the date they are published.
• If you continue using the site after any changes, you will be considered to have agreed to the new terms.
• If you do not agree to the new terms, please request to close your account.
